Inspired Focus Holistics offers a variety of plans for working with a Life Coach, or a Reiki Practioner.  We welcome questions and would love to hear from you by telephone, or by email.


Life coaching clients,  typically meet with the coach for one hour each week by telephone, or in person three times a month.  We recommend signing up for two  to three months to give yourself a full experience and enough time to really make the differences in your life that you'd like to work towards.

Reiki clients typically meet with Claire for individual sessions as often as once a week, or once a month on a pay per session basis. A full Reiki energy session lasts approximately 40 minutes but may be shorter or longer, depending on individual needs.

Please call to discuss pricing plans, as there are several different levels according to the individual needs of clients.  
 
Some clients prefer to start with either coaching, or Reiki and find out how they can begin to achieve their own highest ambitions. Other clients prefer to blend coaching and Reiki as part of their plan for moving towards higher health, relaxation, goal achievement and other visions they plan to bring into their life.
